I’ll admit it, I’ve been sucked into the Farmer’s Wife quilt. I didn’t intend to become involved in any way, shape, or form, yet I pieced together 3 (almost 4!) blocks today.
The blocks I made are all for my mother since it is her quilting project. I was just a wee bit frustrated that she had gone out and bought all of this lovely fabric yet she was procrastinating using it! So I started it for her and now she is piecing her own blocks, but I had fun looking at all of her fabric choices and choosing which to use.
So without further ado, here are the three blocks I’ve finished.
Attic Windows
Autumn Tints
Bat Wings
The one that I’m almost done with is titled Basket. The only reason I haven’t finished it is because you have to applique a piece onto the block and I am feeling really lazy about it. Soon I’ll finish it and post it as well.
I hope you enjoyed it!
Have a good day!

I’m so excited to see these. A wee bit jealous that I havent started mine yet but in time…
When you are back here at school and are, um, not doing the fwqal, um, let me know and I’ll let you, um, not do some of mine.
